• This voucher is valid for 1 year. In exceptional circumstances this can be extended via written request to info@ivanteam.com.
• The voucher has no fixed date of use.  You must book your activity in advanced with a scheduled day and time, by calling +39 0424 558250 or by email at info@ivanteam.com.
• You can redeem your voucher against the booking of any activity of the same or higher value and pay the difference when you arrive at the centre. We cannot refund the difference if vouchers are used for an activity that costs less than the face value.
• Vouchers are non-refundable.
